Refund Policy

We want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we make it easy:

 Return Window:

You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.

 Eligibility:

•   Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

•   Include original tags and accessories

•   Sale and final-clearance items are non-returnable unless defective

 Refund Processing:

Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at support@zorovanta.com. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
